About Champs Fighting and Fitness
Our History
Champs Fighting and Fitness is a multipurpose Fitness Studio offering primarily kickboxing classes, but also Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, Circuit Training, and Personal Training. Theresa Allen is the owner and operator with 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. Theresa is a former athlete in Golden Gloves women's boxing, and formerly a competitive body builder in OCB and INBF. She is a certified Personal Trainer with AFAA, a registered Yoga Teacher, Stott Pilates certified, Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold certified. She holds a BS in Exercise Science from Suffield University. Theresa designs safe and effective workout programs for all levels of fitness from the advanced athlete to the active older adult. Her son Jeremiah Cruz holds multiple wrestling titles for Western Mass at the 145 weight class. Now wrestling for Springfield college, he has followed his family legacy and has also become a CPT. He is offering youth wrestling coaching in addition to personal training at CFF.
Our Philosophy
At Champs Fighting and Fitness, we believe that everyone can achieve their goals with a positive attitude and consistency. We believe in meeting each individual at their level and improving in a safe and productive approach. We know that it is not always easy to find motivation to exercise and we are here to help!
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs to fit your needs, including group classes, private training, and will soon be offering a youth wrestling club. CFF believes in the health of the community and periodically offers free classes as special community events. CFF will also soon be partnering with local programs that serve disadvantaged adolescents.
